Family Therapy

In family therapy I help family members relate by making clear the roles, rules, and expectations the family shares. As these family roles and values become clear, I will help the individuals work as a team — not as opponents — and support meaningful direction for each member. Everyone in a family should have a voice and everyone should have a positive role.

On a technical note, family is about roles and attachment styles. It is about independence and dependance - this can be quite complex and successful families are the training ground for all other successful relationships.
